• Fees are required in full in advance of services.



  • Hours are billed for actual work performed. A two-hour minimum is required.

  • Payment is due when services are rendered.

  • Projects or rush services needing a quick turnaround, work required outside of our normal business hours, or on weekends or holidays are subject to an additional fee.

  • Per-project rates are due in full in advance of services.  The project will commence upon receipt of full payment. Final project will be submitted to client upon receipt of payment.



  • Payment is due upon invoice

  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.



AYJ Consulting provides services and support for clients from a professional home office equipped with all necessary equipment, technology, and related business resources to complete each project. However, depending on the type of service needed, some client projects may accrue additional fees for items such as printing, special materials/paper, ink cartridges, stamps, envelopes, courier costs, long-distance charges (outside the US), travel time and expenses, specific software, and any other office supplies specific to the client's needs. Clients will be advised of any additional fees incurred outside of the contracted rate and in all cases we will strive to provide you with high quality, yet economical options.
